Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple pectin (a natural thickener)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the rice cooker
  2. Turn steamer setting on to 5 minutes
  3. Mash all together gently
  4. Enjoy within 7-10 days on toast, in nice cream, or on smoothie bowls!
