  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 4 dates
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups filtered water


  1. Blend all ingredients in your blender, adding more water as needed for that extra smoothness!
  2. Enjoy as a smoothie bowl, with a straw or as is!


To make it sweeter, add in fresh/frozen fruit like strawberries, mango, or pineapple! Even try adding a little of your favorite protein powder (vanilla or berry taste the best)!
